Portrait instructions
The images in these galleries have had only a basic processing done to them. Color, exposure, cropping, etc are generalized and not likely to be as good as they can be.
While it’s not required, you can choose up to three of your favorite images out of the collection for modification. I really recommend you do this. Just email me the file numbers, you can always choose different images later if your initial selections do not work out.
It is also possible to rotate images somewhat which can change the angle of the head in each image. If you feel that there is too much head tilt, it can be neutralized by rotating the image, on the other hand, you can rotate to increase head tilt as needed. This is entirely a personal preference.
Note, that it can take me up to a couple weeks to get these done depending on my workload. If you are in a time crunch though, let me know that and I should be able to move you up the list.
If you do not like the modifications, just let me know and we’ll keep working until we get it right.
There is no time limit on this and it is an included option, so no charge for the alterations.

My procedure for portraiture is a two step process. First is the the actual portrait sitting, and the second step is choosing your favorite images and letting me do a full retouch procedure on them. This second step is optional, but it definitely makes a difference in how the final images look.

The basic images were shot with a generous, loose framing. This allows me to rotate images to change head angle if desired. So for example, if you like a particular image but do not like the head angle, let me know that and I’ll give you variations of the image where the angle has been slightly rotated and you can choose what is most appropriate for your use.

Checkout process
- Once you get to your Invoice directory, double click on the appropriate invoice.
- When the image of the invoice comes up on your browser window, you'll see a link on the right edge of the frame called “Photographic Services Invoice” click on that link and then click on the pop up “View Cart”
- This page is your summary page, if it all looks ok, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button on the right side.
- This next page is a registration page, you can register if you like. If you do it will remember all your information and you'll never have to fill out your company information after your initial registration. You can choose the Guest Checkout option but it will not remember anything the next time you use this checkout and you'll have to re-enter all your information again. If you pay multiple invoices, it’s far better to register.
- From this point on it's a standard checkout process.
-Once completed you'll get a page that is a receipt which you should print out. NOTE: This online invoice uses its own internal reference numbers that do not correlate to my invoice number. However, I will also email you an updated invoice that does have the actual invoice number on it.
- You will also receive an email message that contains the same receipt.
If there are any problems, please contact me.
